Bill says his favorite part of the real estate business is meeting different people from all over the world, hearing their stories and learning about the culture. He also said real estate gives him the opportunity to revisit his own past with clients.
“I recently sold a home to one of my old high school football friends,” Bill said. “He had worked out of state his entire life and came ‘home’ to retire. We laughed and relived old times - all while I was ‘working.’”
While Bill works with all clients, he specializes with buyers and does whatever it takes to show a client a home.
“One buyer wanted to see a home where the road wasn’t finished yet,” Bill said. “So we parked our vehicles and walked a mile in the rain on a muddy unfinished road up a mountain! I should write a book about my adventures in real estate.”
Like his wife Debra, Bill also has the E-Pro designation, the comprehensive Internet real estate certification program that offers the most up-to-date real estate technology training.
“This designation is important to me as I wanted to learn all the real estate technology I can to serve our clients,” Bill said.
For Bill, serving clients also means sharing the natural beauty that is East Tennessee.
“The mountains, lakes, and rivers are some of the greatest scenery in the United States,” Bill said. “We have the most visited national park in the nation right here at our footsteps.”
With Knoxville as his hometown and Blount County as his home for last several years, he knows East Tennessee very well and has the experience to help you find the right property for your next move.
